Introductory course
Project Management – Fundamentals is an introductory course that ensures a solid understanding of all project management methods. The completion of this course will provide a strong base, experience, techniques and tools needed to coordinate each phase of the project life cycle.

- Project management processes;
- Project management basic principles;
- Project manager’s role;
- Project management success.
Session 3: Project identification
- Establishing clear objectives and identifying the project stakeholders and their needs, identifying necessary tools;
- Learning tools for identifying related project stakeholders.
Session 4: Preparation of project implementation
- The training and project team building tools;
- Company’s organization according to projects and identification of ways to improve the company’s activity;
Session 5: Project planning
- The need and importance of project planning;
- Project planning stages;
- The tools used in project management: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis;
- Project definition by WBS structure;
- Building network graphics;
- Criteria for estimating the resource costs and budgeting.
- Monitoring the progress of the project;
- Updating initial cost schedules and execution graphs;
- Comparative analysis of the current status of the project with the reference plan (target);
- Identifying potential problems and initiating corrective actions;
